School Norms

You are hereby requested to carry your id card with you each time you visit the school. You would be expected to show it at the main gate every time you enter and exit the premises.This security measure is enforced strictly for the safety of students and must be complied with.

Please ensure that a leave letter addressed to the Headmistress is sent either to the Class teacher or handed over at the reception each time your child is absent from school stating the reason.

Please ensure that all the belongings of your ward: the school bag, tiffin, water bottle, pencil box have a label.

Children must carry disposable tissues/ handkerchiefs when they are suffering from cold. In case of allergies or ailments, details of the treatment being given to the child or any other emergency treatment must be left with his/her class teacher. Students suffering from an infectious or contagious disease should not be sent to school until fully recovered. Certificate issued by a medical practitioner should be presented when they resume school.

“School working hours are from 8:00 AM till 1:30 PM (Summer Time). Make sure that your child reaches school by 7:50 AM . All students will be received at the school gate by a teacher on duty and escorted to his/her respective class-room.”

Parents are requested to be suitably dressed on their visits to the school.Casual and inappropriate dressing is not appreciated and is against the decorum of the institution.

On birthdays, only two sweets/toffees for each friend must be sent for distribution.

All communication must be addressed to the Headmistress, stating the child’s name and class. The School must be immediately informed of any change in residential address or contact numbers.
